You are invited to our Co-op Year End Event on Sunday, May 2nd, 5:30-9:00 pm.  There is an official invitation under Co-op Documents if you would like to print one or give one to family members.  Here are a bunch of details:

1. In order to cover our expenses, this year we need to collect $10 a family by April 26th.  (I'll be collecting at Co-op.)  If you know that you are bringing quite a few guests and would like to contribute more, that is not required but would be welcomed.

2. There will be a dessert sign-up at Co-op the next two Thursdays.  We need 28 cakes and 36 dozen cookies (which equals 9 people making 4 dozen cookies each and 28 people making one cake each or 14 people making 2 cakes each etc..).  The cookies need to be homemade chocolate chip cookies (your favorite recipe...but no nuts please), and the cakes need to be "Modern American" or "Family Favorite" (such as chocolate, chocolate chip, red velvet, white, yellow, pound, angel food...) (no nuts please).  We ask that you do not cut your cake and that you deliver it (and the cookies) the day of the event).

3. We need help!

Saturday, May 1st...

10:00 am - ironers and a few table people (4-5 people)

11:00 am - hangers of boards and other misc.(putting up backdrop?) (7-8 people)

1:00 pm- a few fresh people to help with whatever still needs to be done (4 people)

Sunday, May 2nd...

9:00 pm -11:00 pm - kitchen-, vacuum-, trash-, table-clean-up help (12-15 people).

Moms, dads, and teenagers are needed and welcomed!  If you know when and for what you are available, please let me know.  Otherwise, many of you will hear from Val Cymes soon asking you to serve in a specific capacity.
