Now that I have an actual CPR class scheduled, I wanted to send this notice out once more to give everyone an opportunity to respond with your interest, if you have not done so already. The class time/date/location details are:

Where: Capital Baptist Church in Annandale off of Gallows Rd. (the exact room the class will be held is TBD)
Day/Date: Tuesday, June 26th
Time: 6:30-9:30pm

Beth Curtis, our instructor, will be holding the classes at her church and will be opening this class to members of her church as well. So, if you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible since the class will be closed at 20 registrants. In order to guarantee your spot, I will need to collect on her behalf a deposit of $20/person. If paying by check, please make it payable to Beth Curtis.

Beth is certified with both the American Heart Association (AHA) and Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI), which is the huge umbrella that AHA falls under. At the end of the class you will receive a two-year CPR/AED card through ECSI.

Beth will be providing everything you will need for the class, so you do not have to buy any books. All you will need to bring is a towel to kneel on and a pen to write with.

The class cost and type of certification details are as follows (Beth has offered a $5 discount to anyone who is a member of our church as a courtesy - the amounts below do not reflect this discount):

5-9 people: $65/person
10-19 people: $55/person
20 people: $45/person

The class will provide a double certification in CPR Adult and Child, and will also include an AED certification (Automated External Defibrillator)
