We have 3 events coming up where we could use some help.  Please let me know if you would be available to help at one or more of these events.  Thank you so much!

1. Set-up (for Year End Event) - Saturday, May 2nd - 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  We really need some "ladder climbers" in the morning shift!

2. Book Sale/Curriculum Sale (May 16th) - help the day before on Friday, May 15th, and help the day of (including carting books away at the end for donation)(e-mail me for specifics).

3.  Graduation Reception Help - Saturday, May 30th - various two-hour positions (maybe 2.5 hours) (including kitchen overseer) between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  We need lots of help.  Please let me know if you can serve this day at all!
