1. We need someone to put together the slide show for our annual Year End Event. Please let me know if you would be able to do that.

2. Teachers, please be ready to send a few pics of your class to the appropriate person (when we know who that will be) for the slide show.

3. We will be posting the details and asking for responses soon re. stage presentations and table presentations.

4. If you'd be willing to put together a simple program (paper "handout" program with order of events etc..) for the Event, let me know.

5. The Year End Event Team consists of myself, Bonnie Hinders, Laures Merryman, Marlene Mika and Val Cymes. If you'd be willing to help in other capacities, or if you have ideas or suggestions, please speak to any of us. We'd welcome your thoughts and/or your help.

6. The team has not met yet, but I believe we will once again have a small, per-family charge for the Event. This charge helps to cover the cost of the food. If you have any thoughts or concerns about that, please let me know.
