IT'S TIME FOR PIZZA!

We like to have a Co-op Pizza Party on the Thursday before Christmas break and on the last day of Co-op...so....

We are having a Pizza Party on Thursday, Dec. 15 in the lower level auditorium from 12:20-1:30 p.m.

Co-op students, teachers, and family members are invited. Non-Co-op siblings and dads/moms are invited! Cost is FREE!! Alumni are ALWAYS WELCOME - so feel free to forward this to your "Co-op graduates".

RSVP - I need to know how many from your family can come by Thursday, Dec. 8. If some are coming but not eating pizza - I need to know both numbers (i.e. - 5 coming - but only 2 eating pizza). If you just give me one number (i.e. 4 Thorsons) I will assume they are all eating pizza. (PLEASE E-MAIL ME WITH YOUR RSVP.)

There will be a table for desserts, so please feel free to bring a "finger food" dessert for the dessert table.

Teachers of 11:20 classes - please release your class 5 minutes early so everyone can be assembled in the auditorium and ready to begin by 12:20.

Teachers of 1:00 classes, you are welcome to start at 1:00. Please communicate to your classes what your expectations are for your students. (And all classes that meet the BA need to be relocated - so talk to me about that if we have not talked already.)

Moms of childcare students - please have your kids out of childcare by 12:15.

We do need some help on this... Set up help during the 10:10 hour and a lot during the 11:20 hour. We also need some servers during the actual pizza party - AND - I need quite a bit of clean-up help (throwing away trash, putting tables and chairs away, vacuuming, and kitchen help). Please let me know if you or your student(s) can help and when. This year, Laura Andrews is helping me with some of the admin. and all the set-up/clean-up because I teach at 11:20. Send RSVPs and availability to help TO ME, and I will send her the info. that she needs. On the day of, you will check in with her to help. (Thanks, Laura!!)
