Dear Co-op Parents, Many of your children have been working on songs, skits and poems for the Year End Event on May 5. The event is 5:30-8:30pm. If your child is in one of the stage performances, they need to be at the building at 5:00pm.

Dear Co-laborers at Co-op, The Year End Event is right around the corner, and I still need many more volunteers for clean-up. The cleaning will begin at 8:30 and will likely be finished no later than 10:30. There have been years when we've finished at 9:30!

The clean-up will begin at 8:30 and end around 10:00. There will be many different cleaning needs, from vacuuming to helping in the kitchen.

Hi Co-op Teachers, Our Co-op Year End Event will be on Sunday, May 5 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. If you are unfamiliar with this event, please let me (or another member of the Year End Event Team)know and we will fill you in. This is a great event to invite grandparents and other extended family!

Marilyn Lorence and Ines Hoyle have graciously offered to help with the food for the Year End Event. But we still need a food team leader. Please let me know if you are willing to help with the food.

The Co-op Year End Event is this Sunday, May 6, 5:30-8:30pm. All French students need to report at 3:00 for rehearsal; all Choir students need to report at 4:00 for rehearsal. All students in stage performances should report to their teachers at 5:00 in the main auditorium.

Bonnie Hinders needs some decor stuff for the event. If you have any of this kind of stuff she could borrow - please bring to Co-op THIS THURSDAY.  Please put your name on it somewhere. Wrought iron rustic candle holders, earthenware or clay pitchers, large wooden serving trays or bowls, hanging tapestries.

Clean-up will begin at 8:00 or 8:30 PM (depending on what position you have) and finish at about 9:30-10:00 PM. There will be many different cleaning needs, from helping in the kitchen to getting tables cleared and put away.

One more thing that I was supposed to add to my last blog post... If your class is going to do a stage presentation, since there is no Co-op on the Thursday before the event due to Testing, rehearsals for stage presentations will be held on Thursday, April 26 and Tuesday May 1 (during your class period).
