We are in the midst of planning the Year End Event, and on behalf of the planning team I would like to ask you to consider helping with clean-up and tear down on Sunday, May 6, right after the event. Clean-up will begin at 8:00 or 8:30 PM (depending on what position you have) and finish at about 9:30-10:00 PM. There will be many different cleaning needs, from helping in the kitchen to getting tables cleared and put away. We really need your help, so please volunteer!
