  • Drama Production Still On!

    The Show Is On! All three days! Regardless of the call that FCPS makes over the next couple of days, the Co-op Drama Club production of I Never Saw Another Butterfly is happening as planned: Tonight (Thursday, 1/23, 7:00 pm), tomorrow (Friday, 1/24, 7:00 pm) and Saturday (1/25, 1:00 pm).

  • Age Appropriateness for Upcoming Drama

    I know there could be some confusion re. what age/grade level is appropriate to attend the upcoming Drama.   • Drama Needs Some Volunteers

      Tech week for Drama starts on Sunday, and they could use 3-4 responsible highschoolers to run some spotlights and be stage hands. These volunteers will need to be available EVERY EVENING - starting this Sunday, 1/19. 6-9:30pm from Sunday, Jan 19-Friday, Jan 24 and on Saturday, Jan 25 from 11-4.

  • Patchwork Girl of Oz

    This will not post until tomorrow (sorry), but .... Tonight’s (Friday's) performance of The Patchwork Girl of Oz is still on! If you cannot make it out due to the snow, you may use your Friday tickets for the final performance on Saturday, January 26th at 1:00pm.

  • Patchwork Girl of Oz begins TONITE!!

    The HEA Co-op Drama Club extends an open invitation to The Patchwork Girl of Oz. The musical is a colorful adventure in a mythical land that involves the journey of a boy who struggles to save his uncle and the quest of a unique patchwork creation to discover what it truly means to be alive. The performances will take place in the Main Auditorium this Thursday, January 24; Friday, January 25 at 7:00 p.m.

  • Drama Tickets on sale

    The Co-op Drama Club wishes to invite you to their upcoming performance of The Patchwork Girl of Oz. Performances will be in the Main Auditorium on Thursday, January 24 and Friday, January 25 at 7:00 p.m., as well as on Saturday, January 26 at 1:00 p.m. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students (ages 3-17).

    Don't Panic!! Since the e-mails will probably not go out today (maybe - but doubtful) - I thought I better post something. Many of your students (and you) are crazy busy this week and this weekend with Testing and the Event.


    Auditions for the 2012-2013 Co-op Drama will be held on TUESDAY - MAY 8 (this coming up Tuesday) from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. (Plan on staying at least an hour.) Call backs (and schedule conflicts) will be held the following Tuesday (the 15th) (same time). Target for casting is the last day of Co-op.

  • Drama - Come out tonight!

    Opening night (last night) was a big success for Co-op Drama Club's production of A Winter's Gift. There will be two more performances - TONIGHT (Friday) at 7:00 pm and tomorrow (Saturday) at 11:00 am. Tickets are available at the door and are $5 for adults and $2 for children.

    Drama performances are THIS WEEK - Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tickets will be on sale at Co-op on Thursday and "at the door" of each performance. The play is a lot of fun, and I encourage all of you to come out and see it.

  • Juggling Home-School Sports and Co-op?

    Here's some info. that I hope is helpful as you try to figure out if your student can be in Drama or High School Choir or any other later Co-op class AND be in a FHS sport. (And the answer is probably....no.) Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will be the primary game days for both boys' soccer and girls' volleyball (and basketball).
