You are cordially invited to our annual Co-op Year End Event. You are welcomed and encouraged to invite extended family members.
Sunday, May 6, 5:30-8:30.
The evening program will begin promptly at 5:30 in the main auditorium followed by table presentations, fellowship, appetizers and desserts in the lower level.
We will be collecting $12 per Co-op family (to help cover the cost of the food) on April 12 and April 19 at Co-op. (Cash or checks made out to Sovereign Grace Church) If you know you are bringing a lot of guests, you are welcome to contribute more. If you are a Co-op teacher with no kids in the program, there is no charge for you.
We are also in need of homemade desserts (like last year) for this event. There will be sign-up sheets for specific dessert categories at Co-op on April 12 and April 19.
As always, we need quite a few volunteers to help – during the actual event and for clean up directly after the event. (See separate blog post.)
Our theme for the evening is the Middle Ages. Students and adults are invited to dress in period attire.
